Rubbish bins in Sydney CBD have been taped up by the policeIt's been a little crazy this week in Sydney due to the APEC summit,police wherever you turn and many protests group.Amongst it all we enjoyed a lovely lunch in the park during the week,i made crab rolls(so excited they're now selling it by the kilo).We just had to shoo away the birds who were far too persistent.
It's so simple,mix some mayonnaise,lime juice and zest combined with a herb such as dill,coriander or parsley,finely diced avocado and a light sprinkle of chilli flakes and then mix that through some blue swimmer crab.Perfect.
