This Is...My Current Reading Material

And it's hosted by Me!

I recently decided I had to start reading some classics again, there are so many I haven't read yet and I needed some new books to read while going away and on my upcoming journey to Melbourne.
I've just stated reading On the Road by Jack Kerouac,it seems to jump from one scene to another without you realising and I have to keep re reading sections to get a better idea of what's happening.
Next on my list to read is The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde, looking forward to reading this after a friend spoke highly of it.
I'm the type of person who can't read more than 1 book at a time but I always have a magazine I'm looking at the same time,I've cut down on the amount of magazines I buy but always get these 2 interior magazines,Inside Out and Real Living.

Thanks so much for this week's theme! I'm a book geek, so this has been perfect for me. Slight side note, don't you just love Popular Penguins? I have bought quite a few already. I hope you enjoy On The Road, it's great.

I have a bunch of classics on my book shelf, mainly from my uni years. I really should read them again.

Thanks for such a great theme this week!

I'm the same, one book at a time please. Although I tend to often never finish them.

I love Inside Out!

Sorry I can't post my This Is today, I'll be posting mine tomorrow. Thank you for selecting the theme this week : )

I think I'm the remote opposite of you focused one-book folks: I can't read one at a time, and I have to have several on the go all at once. (she laughs!) I guess we're all different!

I love a good classic novel! I spied an old Penguin version of 'The Picture Of Dorian Gray' in the op shop window a few weeks ago. I was loaded up with parcels for the post office so went to post them and came STRAIGHT BACK for the book... and someone got to it before me!!!
