My friend and I treated ourselves to a decadent lunch today at the fairly new Pendolino Restaurant in The Strand Arcade,it's an odd location for a restaurant,and the entrance hides what you find once inside,a massive room which fills up very quickly at lunch.They were very quick,serving a corporate crowd at a busy time of day,and while waiting for our food,I could watch the action in the open kitchen,getting a preview of what was to arrive at our table very soon.
We will definitely be back soon one evening to try the desserts with more wine of course.
